- Mix all the ingredients except black pepper powder. Make sure the eggs are beaten well before they are mixed with milk.- Transfer this mixture into a stainless steel bowl which will fit in Instant pot. Sprinkle the black pepper powder on the top of this mixture.- Pour enough water in a pot and put the stainless steel bowl and bake it.- Close the lid on the pot, and turn valve from VENTING to SEALING position.- Set the pot to MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK (High Pressure) and set timer to 30 minutes- Do a natural pressure release, that is wait until silver button on lid drops. BE CAREFUL OF HOT STEAM.- Leave it for about 10 minutes. Let it cool.- Once it gets cool, then refrigerate for 4 to 6 hrs. Ready to serve.
